There are many ways in which the companies to seek new employees. Some of them are:
1. Through a head hunter services:
- This is usually for a relatively higher position and not the “first entry”. Why? yes because the cost is quite large.

2. Through an internal announcement:
- If that is generally applicable to companies that have enough talent pool and internal carrier upholds the principle of development
